本课程向学生传授演讲的基本知识，了解演讲的目的、功能和修辞手段通过学习赏析和演讲实践；提高学生演讲能力，培养学生的公众发言和沟通能力；提高语言的有效表达能力，掌握基本的公众演讲礼仪和规范。使学生能够富有逻辑地、说服力地、艺术性地和策略性地表达自己观点，成功地吸引及说服听众。

This course teaches students the basic knowledge of speech, understanding the purpose, function and rhetorical meanings of speech through learning appreciation and practice of speech.It improves students' speech giving ability by cultivating students' public speaking and communication ability.It improves the effective expression of language, helps them master basic public speech etiquette and norms, enables students to express their views logically, persuasively, artistically and strategically, as well as skills required to successfully attract and convince the audience.
